Description : Burlington Township High School is seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in PowerSchool, purchasing, budget account reconciliation, communications, and student support. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and advanced Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This position will involve supporting the main office with daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and collaborating seamlessly with students, staff, administrators, and the community.
Job Requirements :
- Must meet New Jersey residency requirements.
- Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, verbal, technology and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (email, calendar, drive), Quickbooks, Systems 3000, Excel.
- Highly Motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work as a member of a team, as well as independently, as tasks require.
- Previous experience in an in-person busy office setting is preferred.
