- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and cross-functional initiatives to support AP strategies.
- Collaborate with store operations, field leadership, and other partners to drive the effectiveness of shortage reduction tools.
- Build strong relationships throughout the organization and communicate complex findings clearly and succinctly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations at a leadership level.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and succinctly.
- High comfort level working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
