In this role, you will lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspire and motivate colleagues to provide top-notch customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience.

Requirements:
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
