As an IT Lead Analyst MHE, you will be key in providing Burlington stable and efficient MHE systems across the enterprise and help Burlington continue to be an industry-leading retailer.
The IT Lead MHE Analyst is responsible for the daily support of Burlingtons MHE software systems. Working with our Business Partners and MHE vendors, the Analyst will work to prioritize MHE software and functional problems, bringing them to resolution and investigate root causes of problems. In addition, the Analyst will coordinate software and system servicing activities, such as upgrades and systemic changes. The Analyst will also work on system design and improvement projects.
A Day In The Life
- Carry out first line response to MHE system outages.
- Work with the MHE vendor to coordinate MHE software & system servicing (upgrades / changes)
- Analize user requirements & ensure software solutions meet requirements.
- Ensure adequate system design to meet throughput goals.
- Involvement in continuous improvement and expansion projects
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
- 10 years of overall experience in information technology including design and support with 7 in an MHE systems system support role.
- Understanding of software systems and solutions Microsoft Server, SQL Server, etc.
- Basic understanding of systems, servers, and networking functionality
- Previous experience supporting MHE and WMS software solutions.
- Basic understanding of mechanical / electrically operated machinery
- Previous experience working in a production warehouse environment.
