Planning and Execution Analyst - Supply Chain

**LOCATION** 27582 Pioneer Ave Redlands CA US 92374 **Overview** As a Planning and Execution Analyst you will play a crucial role in our distribution centers acheiving their service and financial goals. Your expertise and insights will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive our company's growth and success. Primary tasks will focus on budgetary targets, staffing levels, scheduling, throughput targets, and other key KPIs. Your direct customers are the distribution center leadership teams. **Duties and Responsibilities :** Utilize sales and operating plan forecast to provide analysis and reports to determine staffing and DC schedules to meet throughput, budget, and productivity goals: Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to support decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's objectives Monitor the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for adjustments as needed Assist in the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed strategies Prepare and present reports and presentations to leadership, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations **Qualifications:** 1-5 Years of experience in a related role Able to manage multiple tasks at once, recognizing interdependencies & prioritizing appropriately Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets. Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent PC skills – Microsoft office suite, SQL, PowerBI, Various WMS and WCS systems Effective written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact across a broad range of organizational levels **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business) or equivalent experience Effective presentation skills. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
