Real Estate Data Structure and Reporting Analyst

This roleis responsible for assisting with the development and build out of enhanced reporting of core Real Estate KPI’s combined with related data points and attributes through existing and future data visualization tools. Utilizing the Lucernex software system and in partnership with the Manager of Real Estate Systems and Director of Integrated Data Analytics, coordinate with real estate, legal, construction, facilities, finance, planning, internal audit, store operations and various other teams across the company as well as external brokers and vendors to ensure appropriate and efficient data visualization reporting. All in supporting totell the story in a compelling way that leads to development of increased efficiencies in existing processes flowing directly to improved ROI. **A Day in the Life** Bridge real estate system(s) with Company’s current business intelligence and analytics applications as required Support the Director, Real Estate Data Structure and Reporting with the development of reporting capabilities from the Real Estate IWMS across other company systems/reporting platforms in support of compliance related to Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Finance, Store Design, Store Planning, Construction, and other functional areas as applicable Support and contribute to the continuous development and growth of reporting and analytic functionalities and procedures for optimal management of projects and increased ROI Take ownership of and responsibility for existing high-level reporting made available to select leadership across the company utilizing Microsoft SharePoint sites, Power BI and other presentation and data sharing tools Provide analytical/reporting support on special projects and Ad Hoc Requests **You Come With** Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field (computer science, information systems, business, finance or related field) Experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment Ability to analyze data, develop insights and communicate in a concise and effective format to all partners (data storytelling) Experience with one or more data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Experience with programming languages like Python or Java Experience in Lucernex preferred or other IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) project life cycle systems Knowledge of data source systems, data manipulation and data cleansing Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 **_Come join our team.
