What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER - ANDROID position at Burlington?
In this Senior-level role as a Full Stack Developer - Android, you will configure, test and support applications as required serving Corporate, Stores and SupplyChain stakeholders across the enterprise under the direction of the Mgr. of Web Dev Ops. This includes leadinginitiatives of diverse sizes and complexity, managing risk and stakeholder expectations.
A Day In The Life
Develop new applications, modules, and processes to streamline business processes,
configuration and enhancements which also includes development, testing, implementation,
support & documentation.
Act as liaison between business partners, internal & external IT (Information Technology)
teams to contribute towards project plans, create test strategies, scripts, and deployment plans
along with managing risk and stakeholder communications. Also, manage defect tracking and
status reporting.
SDLC Support and improve the software development life cycle both agile & waterfall - for
requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment. Apply industry-standard tools including
ServiceNow, IBM Urban Code & MS SharePoint.
Conduct and perform application and technical reviews to determine feasibility and
appropriateness for development and integration of new functionality and modules. Perform
migration of code from test systems to production systems. Create and maintain migration
procedures. Maintain code control log and validates code migration documentation, in
accordance with audit and change control guidelines. Responsible for developing technical
requirements & support documentation.
To Be Successful You Should Possess
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- 5 to 7 years specific to Android, Java, Oracle PL / SQL
- Experience working with application servers (Weblogic, JBoss, IBM)
- Previous Retail Experience (highly preferred)
- Java
