What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom Operations Supervisor position at Burlington?
As a key member of our Retail Stocking Team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and ready for customers. This involves leading the merchandise progression process, from receiving deliveries to processing merchandise and flowing goods to the sales floor.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized back of house environment, adhering to high standards in set-up and organization. Additionally, you'll assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates, and coach them in the moment to help them grow and develop in their roles.
