Duties
- Operate various shipping equipment and software.
- Perform order picking tasks precisely to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain an organized workspace by following warehouse management system protocols for inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to build and prepare orders for dispatch while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions for new technologies or processes related to shipping and receiving.
Experience
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, as well as order picking techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and materials handling best practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
