POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Lead Front Desk Customer Service Representative at Burn Boot Camp or Burn Ambassador plays a crucial role in managing front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and fostering community growth. Burn Ambassadors are vital to the Burn Boot Camp experience, serving as the first point of contact for both new and current members in person and on social media.
As part of a brand-new location, this role will be among the first team members, making it integral to establishing operational excellence and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for members. This position is part of the leadership team and offers opportunities for growth and development as the company continues to expand.

Accountability
· Member Experience Management:
o Greet member upon arrival, assist with sign-in process, provide facility tours, and address member inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment.
o Manage membership celebrations by ensuring the trainer is aware of celebrations to shout out during camp and coordinating pictures with handheld signs after camp.
o Executes the front desk portion of the Blue Carpet Experience every camp, every day
· Membership Coordination
o Assist the Lead trainer close sales for trial/first time members and review membership options
o Create and maintain the gym master calendar including member and community events and holiday events
o Assist with member emails and trial tracker including using LoopSpark
o Create and post social media content
o Complete shift notes to ensure communication between shifts and team members
· Team Leadership
o Onboard and train other Front Desk Customer Service Reps/Burn Ambassadors and Childwatch team members on the Blue Carpet Experience creating an environment of regular feedback and growth.
o Create the Front Desk and Childwatch schedule to ensure all camp times are covered
o Lead weekly meetings
· Facility Management
o Managing the cleaning checklist to ensure gym is kept clean and sanitized
o Order office, cleaning, and retail and nutrition supplies
· Retail Oversight
o Maintain retail and nutrition inventory, displays and organizing nutrition samples
· Community Engagement
o Organize and participate in community events to promote Burn Boot Camp brand and foster community relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
