Certified Personal Trainer

We are currently looking for a Part Time Group Fitness Trainer for our Marysville, OH location.

The Support Trainer is responsible for upholding company standards and providing an unmatched workout for our clients, while fostering a community and helping clients achieve their goals. The support trainer will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts for clients of all fitness levels. The candidate will also plan and implement community workouts for adults and children. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at a single time. The Support Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), and creating an environment that exceeds client’s expectations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training Camps – Deliver engaging pre-designed custom workouts to members, children and community businesses. Lead and motivate members through 45-minute intensive camp
• Personal Training in a Group Setting – Ability to engage multiple clients in workouts while offering a personal experience
• Perform Focus Meetings – Facilitate client success, tracking, uphold client attendance and accountability
• Excellent Customer Service – Provide value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to their goals
• Teamwork – Work with Training Team and Key Burn Ambassador to maximize the client experience
• Facility Management – Return equipment and organize gym at the end of morning/evening camps to keep the gym orderly. Promptly report facility needs to the Head Trainer, i.e. damaged equipment, holes in walls, etc.
• Safety – Ensure safety of participants regarding exercise technique and modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
• Engagement – Be highly engaging with the community in the gym as well as on social media

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers Certificate or a degree in an exercise science field
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to pass the Strength and Conditioning test (SAC)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner.
• Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media
• Have the ability and willingness to motivate and command the room, creating excellent experiences for our members and potential members and motivate and set the stage for member results.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Embodies a hustle and grind focus to achieve goals and growth, personally and professionally
