Operations Manager Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Manager plays a very integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities, as well as, managing and executing many operational efficiencies and functions. They also work with the team to maximize category sales and the growth of our member base. There is a strong focus on full facility operations, managing data input and execution of all software systems, communicating strategies with the Franchise Partner, and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
The Operations Manager takes the place of and carries all the expectations of a Key Burn Ambassador (see Key Burn Ambassador job description) but is also appointed to oversee the schedule of the Burn Ambassadors, Childwatch Team and is the liaison between the Franchise Partner and the gym. Strategy, attention to detail, organization, and follow through are very important for this role to succeed.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Burn Ambassador team and provide them with the resources to execute their role successfully, which includes onboarding, training, and daily/weekly touchpoints to ensure cohesiveness.
- Organize and execute client follow up for the Burn Ambassadors and training staff.
- Mindbody responsibilities include the management of all data inputted, troubleshooting, and daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
- Work within the budget set forth by the FP to order office, cleaning, and equipment supplies.
- Remerchandise the retail center and perform inventory management on a monthly basis.
- Have weekly touchpoints with training staff to align on current focuses, provide any feedback from clients while assisting them in the moment, and feed back from blue carpet experience.
- Oversee any client issues that cannot be resolved by the Burn Ambassadors.
- Social Media– Post 2-3 times per training day, following Posting Standards, and engage on all posts.
- Attend a minimum of one community event per month and participate in all philanthropic events.
- Responsible for working as a team to close 60% of all trials and working with training staff to maximize the client experience.
- Manage
- Strategize opportunities for growth to maximize category sales. Delegate and execute as needed.
- Manage the childwatch team and provide them with the resources to execute their role successfully, which includes onboarding, training, and daily/weekly touchpoints to ensure cohesiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator.
- Have had prior experience leading small teams.
- Able to easily learn and navigate software systems and maintain records.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while having high attention to detail and follow through.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Can easily identify opportunities for growth and strategies for execution
- Experience in marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
