Availability Requirements:
- Must be available 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Must work 1 Saturday shift per month.

As a Burn Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for new and current members, playing a key role in building relationships, selling memberships, and delivering an elite experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment and foster a strong sense of community.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk during camps, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members.
- Greet everyone with energy, enthusiasm, and a high-five.
- Use the CRM system to follow up on prospective members and leads.
- Communicating daily goals, prepping trainers for first-time visitors, and tracking team progress.
- Perform tasks related to facility upkeep, including cleaning, maintenance, and organizing.
- Maintain accurate data integrity within MindBody for contracts, member accounts, retail inventory, and billing updates.
- Re-merchandise the retail center according to protocol and inventory needs.
- Address member concerns professionally and effectively.
- Capture engaging content for social media and interact with followers.
- Contribute to creating promotional materials and graphics (graphic design skills are a bonus).
Qualifications:
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to a diverse member base.
- Self-motivated, highly productive in independent working situations.
- Quick learner with the ability to navigate software systems and maintain detailed records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of and experience with social media platforms (required).
- Graphic design skills are a bonus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
