We’re looking for a passionate and driven Membership Experience Manager to join our dream team. This hybrid role blends personal training with operations and community engagement, making it perfect for someone who thrives on fitness, leadership, and building meaningful connections.

Key Roles:

  • Deliver pre-designed and custom workouts in a group class style workout as a personal trainer.
  • Convert promotional clients and free trials to members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and member support.
  • Event planning and execution to drive engagement.
  • Community outreach.
  • Use social media daily to keep members engaged.
  • Be a brand champion.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a fitness certification from an approved education company OR a Bachelor’s degree in an exercise science related field.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to be self-motivated and willing to take initiative on assigned duties and execute.
