Group Fitness Instructor

Job Summary
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will deliver dynamic and challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels in a group setting. In this role, you must strongly desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals by coaxing them outside their comfort zones and building their confidence by pushing them to reach new personal goals. The ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities

· Member Experience

· Fitness Product Execution: Train workouts (45-minute camps consisting of personal training in a group setting)

· Marketing and sales strategy execution

· Operational Execution

Requirements

· Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience

· CPR/AED certified

· 1 year experience in personal training or coaching

· Previous experience leading a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
