Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and guidance to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' health and well-being. Starting with 6-9 Camps per week with the potential to get up to 15 Camps per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness sessions, ensuring safety and proper form
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support clients' fitness goals
- Assist with fitness sales and promote membership packages
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust goals as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Training Certificate or Degree related field
- Strong knowledge of group fitness, program design, and physical education
- Familiarity with body mechanics, physiology, anatomy, and sports coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus
