POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a caring and compassionate Childcare Assistant Lead who has experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the gyms commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

- Execution of Childcare process
- Facility Management in Childcare room
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate is-
- A problem solver
- Able to identify areas to improve processes, simplify, and become more efficient
- Highly organized
- Caring and compassionate
- Patient
- Able to remain calm in difficult situations
- A good communicator
- Able to lift 30-40 pounds
- Preferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Preferred to have experience in childcare
