Burn Boot Camp Kempsville in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for part time Front Desk Team Members ("Burn Ambassadors") to join our team. We are located at 5208 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Burn Ambassadors play a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the first contact with our new and current members both in person and on social media. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver an exceptional experience to all our members. Burn Ambassadors are the first person our members see when they walk in the door, and provide our members with their first impression. There is a strong focus on positive interactions and fostering the growth of community in the gym.

PART TIME AM SHIFT AVAILABILITY (AVAILABLE TO WORK AT LEAST 2-3 SHIFTS PER WEEK REQUIRED)

Monday - Friday AMs from 4:45am-7:15am and/or 8:15am- 10:30am

Rotating Saturday AMs from 6:45am-10:00am

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Communicate with gym leads, trials, and members over established communication systems. *Positive interaction with members, with an emphasis on member experience and retention. *Record and post social media content, and maintain a strong brand presence *Engage with potential members to promote and sell memberships. *Ensure proper documents and waivers are signed and on file

QUALIFICATIONS

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Strong interpersonal and customer service skills . *Able to capture content for social media and has a solid understanding of social media.
