We offer a variety of programs, including seasonal camps and year-round fitness classes. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer / Operations Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Trainer / Operations Manager with a passion for working with children to manage memberships, scheduling, hiring and firing staff, and leading training sessions for our camps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A fun, upbeat attitude is essential.
