MEMBERSHIP SALES SPECIALIST

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- Wednesday AMs (4:15am-11:00am)
- Monday and Tuesday PMs (3:15pm-6:45pm)
- 1 Friday AM (4:15am-11:00am), 1 Friday PM (3:15pm-6:45pm), and 1 Saturday morning per month (6:45am-10:30am)
MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.
- Achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products.
- Strong interest in wellness and fitness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous sales experience in fitness, retail sales, business development, or similar environments.
- Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs.
- Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute content for social media and assist with light cleaning.
