Essential Skills and Qualifications
This role requires the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to maintain proper attendance while working irregular hours, including scheduled Saturdays.
- Ability to work from other BURNCO plants based on business needs.
- Ability to pass PSP, MVR, background check, drug test, and physical assessment.
- Ability to manage emotions in stressful or frustrating situations.
- Ability to learn various ready-mix designs and material components, such as admixtures, slump/water ratios, and concrete properties/consistencies.
- Commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork.
Preferred Requirements
23 years old with valid CDL license preferred; 18 years old with CDL permit acceptable if approved by Colorado General Manager and USA President. Two years of ready-mix or one year of commercial driving experience. FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration. High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
