Burnco LLC is hiring experienced Mixer Drivers for our Fort Lupton Ready Mix division. We seek energetic and motivated team members with strong communication and leadership skills who can work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a ready-mix truck in urban areas and tight construction sites
- Routine equipment maintenance and inspections
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Understand and promote a safety-first culture
- Safely drive and obey all traffic laws
- Perform routine truck maintenance and housekeeping
- Learns company safety protocols to execute work safely
The Reality of the Job:
As a Mixer Driver, you may work long hours on some days depending on customer project requirements. You will be expected to work Saturdays during peak season.
What We're Looking For:
- Class B CDL (with air brake endorsement)
- Clean driving record
- Concrete mixer truck experience an asset
- Understanding of concrete products
- Standard or manual transmission experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available on short notice
- Pass pre-employment testing
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Frequently exposed to various weather conditions, including hot/cold temperatures and rain/snow conditions
- Constant use of eye/hand coordination and near/far vision
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 50 lbs, utilizing manual dexterity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, color discernment, and active hearing/listening
- Exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes, and aggregate materials
- Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats
