What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ready Mix Truck Operator position at BURNCO LLC?
Job Description: As a Ready Mix Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete products to customers. You will also be required to complete routine maintenance of equipment and contribute to keeping areas in and around the plant clean and hazard free.

- Complete routine maintenance of equipment, including reporting minor mechanical issues timely and thorough cleanliness of unit daily
- Contribute to keeping areas in and around the plant clean and hazard free
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CDL license
- Experience operating ready mix trucks
- Ability to pass PSP, MVR, background check, drug test and physical assessment
- Ability to manage emotions in stressful or frustrating situations
- Ability to learn the various ready-mix designs and material components such as admixtures, slump/water ratios, and concrete properties/consistencies
Benefits:
- $25 per hour and up
- 100% local travel requirement
- Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, climbing, bending, reaching, lifting to 50 lbs, carrying up to 50 lbs, utilizing manual dexterity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, color discernment, and active hearing/listening
