Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage the set up and ongoing maintenance of projects in Command on COD Customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Sundry Charge & Item files, ensuring appropriate default pricing/availability, and assisting changes to the Outside sales team in Command Sales Process Tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Creation of Open Bid Projects
- Create reports as directed using Command and PowerBI
- Liaise between Dispatch & Sales for any matters of importance
- Provide Sales with Recording of Customer orders
- Billing Providing Documentation for Sales on Disputes
- Calculate all extra charges and verify billable charges in collaboration with outside sales
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good organization, time management and attention to detail skills
- Critical thinking skills to resolve administrative or customer concerns
- Strong mathematical, computer and telephone skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual
- 3 years related experience in the concrete industry and/or ready-mix industry
