We are seeking a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Associate who is eager to build a career in the jewelry industry. This role offers the opportunity to meet and exceed sales goals and develop expertise in the exciting and rapidly growing engagement and bridal jewelry sector.

We offer quarterly commission payouts if goals are met as well as monthly team payouts if goals are met.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales expectations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to grow our customer base.
- Document sales by updating customer profiles.
- Process payments (checks, cash, and credit cards).
- Inform clientele of promotions and future merchandise.
- Follow policies and procedures for transactions and customer service.
- Perform opening/closing duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
Requirements
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Product Knowledge, People Skills, High Energy, Dependability, and Verbal Communication.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops and seminars.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
