Language World’s Recruiter sources and enlists language specialists for interpreting positions throughout the company. The Recruiter proactively recruits and qualifies employee and independent contractor applicants and works closely with the Interpreter Managers and the HR Team to efficiently onboard candidates. Temporary - three to five months.

The Recruiter proactively recruits and qualifies employee and independent contractor applicants and works closely with the Interpreter Managers and the HR Team to efficiently onboard candidates. Job Duties
- Meets with managers to determine hiring needs by language
- Posts approved positions to respective job boards and company website
- Maintains current knowledge of current available positions, requirements and pay
- Proactively recruits potential candidates via LinkedIn and other outreach methods
- Qualifies candidates by analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Coordinates candidate interviews and testing for employee candidates
- Evaluates viability of independent contractor candidates and initiates contracting process
- Ensures that candidates move efficiently through the hiring and contracting process
- Improves organizational attractiveness by emphasizing company benefits and position features
- Responds timely to candidate/employee requests for assistance
- Processes candidate data into applicant tracking systems and databases
- Attends in-person and virtual jobfairs and events to promote positions and garner candidates
- Minimum 3 -years’ recruiting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) applications
- Internet/Social Media-Savvy
- Experience with applicant-tracking and customer relationship management systems
- Familiarity with the language services industry and/or recruiting
- Demonstrated, exceptional communication skills to include conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively, and asking questions where clarification is needed
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to direction accurately
- Excellent professional etiquette to include verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently multi-task when work circumstances become fast-paced
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining professional relationships
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in the workplace
