Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Commit to 4 hours per day of lead generation using methods that fit your niche (cold calling, open houses, social media, sphere of influence, etc.).
- Training & Growth – Participate in both team trainings and external industry trainings. If you’re not learning, you’re not growing.
- Client Appointments – Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, inspections, and other client-related meetings.
- Contract Negotiation – Represent and negotiate on behalf of clients while managing all aspects of the contract process.
- Accountability Meetings – Attend bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the Team Lead and Director of Growth to track progress and strategize success.
- Showing & Support – Assist with property showings for team agents as needed.
