What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sex Offender Supervision Officer (Juvenile) position at Burnet County, TX?
The Sex Offender Juvenile Probation Officer performs moderately complex social service work. The officer will provide supervision to Juveniles who are accused and or adjudicated of sexually inappropriate behavior regardless of their offense as directed by the Court. Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and result obtained. This position does come in contact with youth that have severe behavioral and/or mental health deficiencies or needs, and all clientele have the potential to be dangerous and aggressive. The performance evaluation is conducted by the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer.
Salary : $24 - $30
