Responsibilities:
- Lead daily Bistro operations and support team members
- Train, mentor, and assist staff in food preparation and customer service
- Ensure product is stocked, organized, and rotated for an appealing display
- Oversee accurate customer transactions, including weighing cheese and operating the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization before, during, and after shifts
- Manage deliveries, inventory, and food prep, including assembling pizzas
Requirements:
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance
- Cash handling experience and ability to make change
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
