Description
Burnett Medical Center is looking for full-time or part-time C.N.A.'s to work in our long term care center.
SHIFT & HOURS :
6 : 00am-2 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm-10 : 00pm, 10 : 00pm to 6 : 00am shifts
Includes every other weekend; rotating holidays.
Shift differentials available for PM and NOC shifts.
JOB SUMMARY
Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to residents and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the DON / Charge Nurse.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Wisconsin C.N.A. certification or ability to obtain.
Must have had no convictions, nor have pleaded "no contest" to resident / patient abuse, neglect, or mistreatment.
Minimum age : 16 years of age

500 retention bonus after 6 months of successful employment
Must pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire.
