Description
Burnett Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator to work in our long-term care nursing home.
This position is a benefit-eligible position, including health, dental, vision along with employer paid life insurance and short-term disability insurance. We offer PTO and up to a 3% match for our 401k retirement plan.
SHIFT & HOURS :
Full-time position, days, includes rotating weekends
JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates, gathers data and completes MDS in an accurate and timely manner.
Manages and coordinates clinical and other resident unit activities in order to provide quality resident care.
Demonstrates personal and professional growth and competent nursing practice.
Promotes teamwork with coworkers.
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, possesses critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and partnership skills.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to acquire WI license)
MDS experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
