What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Burnett Pools?
We are currently looking for an upbeat energetic person to join our team!! Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. He or she must have the ability to multi-task effectively while exercising courtesy and tact in dealing with the staff and customers. Strong scheduling background is preferred but not a must!
Job Type:
- Full-time position
- Day Shift
- 32 hrs in the offseason (M, W, TH, F)
- 36-40 hrs in the busy season (M-F)
- Wages will reflect skill level and experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Solid understanding of basic Bookkeeping and office skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry
- Organization skills
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in written formats
- Honest and Reliable
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Works with others as well as independently
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-oriented
