Job Description : Seeking a skilled and results-driven Hydrocarbon Account Manager to take on the responsibility of managing key accounts across multiple markets, primarily in North America. The role will involve fostering and expanding client relationships, overseeing price management strategies, managing complex projects, and driving business development in both existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hydrocarbons industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Lead the management of hydrocarbon accounts across various North American markets, ensuring that client needs are met and satisfaction is consistently high.
- Client Relationship Growth : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, working closely to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Price Management : Oversee pricing strategies for hydrocarbons products and services, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and alignment with market conditions.
- Project Management : Manage the execution of projects related to hydrocarbon supply and services, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Business Development : Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth within current markets, as well as expand into new regions or sectors, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes within North America to proactively address market challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Support & Reporting : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations, deliverables, and go-to-market strategies. Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, opportunities, and market insights.
