Growing litigation firm practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, business / insurance disputes, and family law is in search of an associate attorney who wants to manage cases from initial work-up to trial. Fantastic chance to work closely with an attorney mentor. Awesome opportunity for someone who wants TRIAL work. We are a general civil litigation firm, practicing primarily in the realms of personal injury, commercial litigation, and family law.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests / responses
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to facilitate case progression
• In personal injury cases, negotiate claims with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
