Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant to support the Warehouse Operations Manager. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, assisting with executive tasks, and handling clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records and files.
- Manage phone calls and maintain professional communication
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Organize and manage office supplies inventory, including placing orders
- Sort and organize mail, as well as accept deliveries
- Assist with creating shipping tickets, scanning, and storing Bills of Lading
- Create and maintain all Purchase Orders (POs)
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks
- Perform ADP entries
- Manage timesheet approvals
- Maintain organized supplies and assist in managing inventory
- Support management and assist with various administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge working with ADP is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in administrative support are a plus)
