Business Development / Sales - Real Estate Title Company
Position : Real Estate Business Development Representative (Residential or Commercial)
Salary : Salary is negotiable and will be agreed upon based on book of business. ($60k - $100K base DOE) commission.
Hours : 8AM - 5PM or 8 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM
Requirements : Must have a book of business as a marketing rep in the real estate / lending sector

- POSITION SUMMARY
- Marketing Coordinator for a Real Estate and Lending Firm is immediately seeking an outside sales expert with a portable book of business and who can also generate new real estate title / escrow business through contact with realtors, lenders, builders, attorneys, buyers / sellers, and other parties. In addition to sales, this role also provides support to existing clients and manages a book of business.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales goals by employing results-focused business development practices.
- Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients.
- Promptly submit complete and correct title orders
- Keep accurate records of sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to individuals or groups.
- Attend trade shows, closings, conventions, lunches, seminars, and other real estate events.
- Maintain knowledge of the real estate title / escrow industry.
- Stay in tune with customer and competitor activities.
- Solution oriented personality, with the ability to develop your own marketing strategy through social media, phone calls, and email.
- Demonstrated track record in a title sale environment.
- QUALIFICATIONS :
- College degree in a business field is preferred.
- 4-5 years of title or real estate sales experience is most ideal.
- Portable book of business.
- Ability to cold call
- Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly and work after-hours as needed.
