A law firm in Dallas is seeking a dynamic and dedicated commercial litigation paralegal to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and legal support for assigned attorneys as well as other attorneys and paralegals in the litigation group, primarily in support of complex commercial-related litigation matters. Responsibilities
- Support 4-5 attorneys (both partners and associates) with administrative tasks such as calendaring, document preparation and review, filing in both state and federal court, conducting Westlaw searches, court and client communication, matter tracking and reminders, etc.
- Provide support to other attorneys and paralegals as needed
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Uphold and embody the firm's core values in all professional activities
