Construction Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement litigation strategies for construction-related claims.
- Handle all aspects of case management, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trials.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
- Meet with clients to discuss case strategy, progress, and settlement opportunities.
- Manage court deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance.
- Collaborate with associates on case strategy and preparation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff.
