CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITY in NW Houston

What You'll Be Doing:
Are you a people person with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving? We're looking for someone who thrives in a professional office setting and enjoys helping others. This in-office position plays a key role in supporting our team and assisting external clients/customers?with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.

You'll be working within the education industry, providing front-line support to customers while also helping with day-to-day office operations. The position is indefinite, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing customer service to external clients/customers (approximately 75% of your day)
• Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience
• Communicating professionally via phone and email
• Performing clerical and administrative support tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) to manage documents and correspondence
• Supporting the broader office team as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service experience in a professional or office setting (not retail or call centers)
• Fast and accurate data entry and solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, required)
• Someone who is friendly, patient, and solution-oriented
• A team player who is dependable, detail-focused, and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site during standard business hours
