Job Description
Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to Brokers, the Office Manager, and the Managing Partner. Manage marketing projects and oversee creative and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email campaigns : create, schedule, and audit daily blasts while tracking performance and optimizing strategies.
- Collaborate with brokers to maintain listing spreadsheets and upload updated brochures to the website backend.
- Oversee and audit property listings on platforms like LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, and Commgate, including video / virtual tour integration.
- Create and update marketing materials (e.g., brochures, signage, presentations, event invitations) with consistent branding.
- Manage weekly website updates in collaboration with developers and vendors.
- Design marketing boards, investment packages, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Develop PowerPoint presentations tailored for meetings and proposals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to marketing assets.
- Create marketing timelines for development projects and communicate progress to the team.
- Coordinate with external vendors on signage and marketing material approvals and payments.
- Schedule and create LinkedIn content to promote company news, listings, and events.
- Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
