What You'll Do :

• Design and optimize artificial lift systems (ESPs, gas lift, rod pumps).
• Analyze well performance and troubleshoot underperforming wells.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximize production safely and efficiently.
• Drive production optimization tailored to the Eagle Ford Shale region .
• Evaluate new technologies and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
