What You'll Do
Lead Front-End Process Engineering - Oversee early-phase development for modular, and industrial projects in energy, alternative energy, and chemical processing sectors. Your work will set projects up for success from the start.Act as the Technical Authority for Clients - Be the primary process engineering expert, ensuring client vision and technical feasibility are aligned for cost-effective, innovative designs.Optimize Process Engineering & Design - Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat & Material Balances, Equipment Specifications, and P&IDs using tools like Aspen HYSYS.Lead, Mentor & Inspire - Guide a team of junior process engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.Drive Innovation & Problem-Solving - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions for industrial facilities.Why This Role?

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 10 years of experience in process engineering and front-end project development.Your past will include client interface and having bridged the communication with technical authorities to drive success in projects, ensuring solutions are both innovative and cost-effective.Strong expertise in process design, Aspen HYSYS simulations, and equipment sizing for pumps, heat exchangers, process vessels, and compressors.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills-you're not just an engineer; you're a trusted partner for clients and internal teams.Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers.What's Next?
