Warehouse Associate/Driver

Job Description

The Warehouse Driver is responsible for transporting goods to various destinations, as well as assisting in warehouse operations such as loading, unloading, organizing, and inventory management. This role requires a valid driver's license, experience with operating a forklift, and the ability to maintain safety and efficiency while performing warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods to and from designated locations.
• Load and unload products and materials from the vehicle using a forklift and manual handling.
• Ensure goods are securely loaded and unloaded, following all safety procedures.
• Operate a forklift to move inventory and materials within the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored correctly and efficiently.
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Verify inventory and delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and forklift to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during transportation and warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse team and management to coordinate activities.
