Project Manager - Houston, TX 77043
- Employee will serve as Project Manager for the Company.
- Responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, including the management and supervision of all of the Company’s Subcontractors, ensuring all homes are being built per the approved plans and specs. Maintaining an active Construction Schedule, with ongoing Task List and minimal dead days.
- Setting, reviewing and revising budgets for homes being built by the Company, and ensuring that the Company, and each of the Subcontractors, comply with the terms of their applicable budgets and / or estimates.
- All primary client interaction, all communication with interior designer / architect / engineering that may be required.
- Coding and approval of all weekly invoices.
- Change order quoting and submitting to the clients, helping with initial project quoting / specs.
- 5-10 years of project management experience with a custom home builder setting
- Experience building multi-million dollar homes preferred
