Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor
- Job Type : Full-time
- Location : Stanislaus & San Joaquin County
- Salary : $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
- Work Setting : Hybrid (includes in-home hours and some remote) WITH IN-CLINIC HOURS
- Schedule : M-F typically 8AM - 8PM, and some mornings and / or weekends
What Youll Be Doing :
The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor position is an opportunity for a qualified professional with the necessary training, education, and experience to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional (QASP). In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversee the implementation of ABA programs by Behavior Technicians. You will also be responsible for developing and executing individualized Treatment Plans under the guidance of a BCBA, Licensed Individual, or Clinical Director. With expertise in supporting individuals with developmental disabilitiesincluding autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other delaysyou will ensure that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to each clients unique needs.
