Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at Burnett & Williams located in Midlothian, VA. The role involves tasks such as legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions. The Litigation Paralegal will play a vital role in assisting two attorneys with case preparation and litigation support.
Qualifications
Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment including intakes and answering phone calls.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with case management software is a plus
Paralegal certification or relevant degree
One year of experience preferably in a personal injury law office
