We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Architectural Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas! This role begins with a 6-month Inside Sales training period, transitioning into Outside Sales upon successful completion. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales of high-end tile products, focusing on the architecture, design and construction sectors. This is your chance to blend industry expertise with creativity and relationship-building skills to develop solutions that inspire clients and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities :

Inside Sales (First 6 Months)

  • Build Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong connections with architects, designers, and commercial clients to understand their project needs
  • Product Expertise : Use in-depth knowledge of tile products and architectural trends to recommend tailored solutions
  • Customer Support : Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical guidance
  • Create Proposals : Develop compelling presentations and quotes that resonate with client requirements
  • Collaborate with Design Teams : Work closely with internal design teams to showcase the latest trends and capabilities to clients

Outside Sales (Post-Training) :

  • Expand Relationships : Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to deepen connections with key stakeholders
  • Drive New Business : Identify and secure new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Manage Accounts : Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts., ensuring satisfaction and continued growth
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute plans to meet sales targets and expand the company's presence in the architectural market
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-5 years in sales, preferably within architecture, design, or the tile industry
  • Proven success in managing commercial accounts and cultivating long-term relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and projects
  • Creative mindset for tailoring designs to client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Buriness, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Must have industry experience
  • Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

    Benefits :

  • Health, Vision, and Dental insurance
  • Pay Rate : $60,000-$75,000 / annually with 3% commission
