We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Architectural Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas! This role begins with a 6-month Inside Sales training period, transitioning into Outside Sales upon successful completion. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales of high-end tile products, focusing on the architecture, design and construction sectors. This is your chance to blend industry expertise with creativity and relationship-building skills to develop solutions that inspire clients and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :
Inside Sales (First 6 Months)
- Build Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong connections with architects, designers, and commercial clients to understand their project needs
- Product Expertise : Use in-depth knowledge of tile products and architectural trends to recommend tailored solutions
- Customer Support : Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical guidance
- Create Proposals : Develop compelling presentations and quotes that resonate with client requirements
- Collaborate with Design Teams : Work closely with internal design teams to showcase the latest trends and capabilities to clients
Outside Sales (Post-Training) :
Requirements :
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
Benefits :
Pay Rate : $60,000-$75,000 / annually with 3% commission
