We are seeking a Business Development Representative with a strong sales background and a passion for nonprofit engagement. The ideal candidate is an extroverted, self-starting team player with at least three years of successful B2B sales experience - absolutely no consumer-based sales (Car sales, MLM, etc.). This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business connections, sponsorships, and memberships. The representative will also organize and execute meetings, networking events, and retreats, manage social media accounts, and support marketing efforts. Strong communication and organization are key, as this position will maintain donor and sponsor relationships while assisting with office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
Requirements :
- Proven B2B sales experience (3 years)
- Familiar with nonprofit organizations and their funding strategies
- A people-person who thrives in a social and engaging work environment
- A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
- Located within 20 miles of our office
Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
