What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Burnetts Staffing?
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Irving, TX office to provide exceptional support as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, resolve or redirect concerns, and promote our Club Memberships. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records, navigating our database proficiently, building strong customer relationships, and assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service call center experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and a team player with a willingness to help.
Hours: Training is Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Regular schedule could be either Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am- 5:00pm, or 9:00am- 6:00pm.
