We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist with at least 5 years of experience to manage our front desk, oversee key office areas, and provide outstanding client and team support. If you're someone who enjoys this role and wants to own it long-term, this opportunity is for you!
As the face of our company, you will welcome and assist visitors, manage calls and emails, and keep our office running smoothly by maintaining the lobby, kitchen, dining areas, and Learning Center. You will also handle office operations such as sorting mail, processing shipments, managing inventory, and restocking supplies. Additionally, you will coordinate events and meetings, ensure the workspace remains organized, and act as a liaison with the janitorial team and building manager. This role requires someone comfortable being on their feet throughout the day, lifting supplies when needed, and staying proactive in keeping the office in top shape.
Requirements :
- A Minimum of 5 years in a receptionist or similar customer-facing roles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Friendly, professional, and able to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person
- A welcoming attitude and limitless patience with guests, employees, and vendors
- Comfortable being on your feet most of the day and lifting supplies when needed
Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00am – 5 : 00pm - Flexible for Part Time or Full Time!
Pay Rate : $18- $22 / hr
